Acceler Inc. collects personal data from www.studyhive.com that you volunteer while using the Site. This includes but is not limited to demographic, profile, registration (email).
Credit card information is only required when you elect to purchase our premium service: StudyHive Pro. When you supply such information it is processed and held by a third party such as Braintree or Apple.com. Acceler Inc. does not record any financial or billing information.
Studyhive.com is designed to let you, the user or viewer share information (information that will help aid in studying for any subject within or outside of academia) with others.
We use third party tools to help aid in creating information collected on our Site. Such Tools include (but not limited to) dictionary service and Language translation tool.
We use session variables to confirm what users are logged in and to navigate from page to page. For security purposes we do not track IP addresses.
At this time Studyhive.com does not display your username or email to any other user on the site; however, Studyhive.com may use this information when sending emails to you regarding new services that you may value.
4. Children's Privacy
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Acceler Inc. or any of its child sites and products does not accept registrations from those under 13 years of age. By registering with Studyhive.com, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Advertisements on Studyhive.com are published by third party advertisers and may automatically receive your IP address when you view the advertisement. Acceler Inc. is not responsible for any cookies that are stored on your computer or device to maximize the use of their ad.
6. Acceler Inc. Information Disclosure to Third Parties
Acceler Inc. does not trade any personal information with third parties for promotional use. We may sell information we collect on the Site upon acquisition or merger with another company or in the case of bankruptcy.
The Studyhive.com follows industry standards to protect your personal information both on the site and on any Acceler Inc. device. However, individuals that try to avoid security systems “hackers” are skilled at breaking through security systems, and thus we can make no guarantee that your information will be 100% safe. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information, that information can be collected and used by others. Similarly, if you post personal information in public places, you may receive unsolicited e-mail messages.
All payments and credit card services are handled by Braintree Payment Solutions, LLC (https://www.braintreepayments.com). Please contact Braintree for any information regarding security of your information.

We also collect information about your system and devices and how you use StudyHive products and services. We use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information such as Internet domain and host names, browser software, operating system types, page views, clickstream patterns, and the dates and times you access our services. We may use a variety of methods for automatically collecting such “passive” information. We also contract with third party vendors to help manage, monitor and optimize the Site and to help us measure the effectiveness of our services. To do this, we may use log files, web beacons and cookies.
The monitoring services used to collect non-personal information and help improve our service is through Mixpanel and Google Analyitcs.
System performance monitoring collects data to improve performance through a third party vendor NewRelic.
We are able to determine the Internet protocol (IP) address from which you access the Site. Essentially, your IP address is a numerical address that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as web pages you want to view) can be transmitted to you. Your IP address does not tell us who you are.
