Course Description

This comprehensive course on European Union (EU) Law offers an in-depth exploration of both the internal and external dimensions of the EU legal system. Divided into three parts, each consisting of three modules, this course provides learners with a thorough understanding of EU Institutional Law, EU Substantive Law, and EU External Relations Law.

What students will learn

  • A deep understanding of the EU's legal framework, including its historical development, key institutions, and decision-making processes.
  • The main legal principles governing EU law and their evolution over time.
