Course Description

This comprehensive course is a pivotal component of the Gandhi Global Solar Yatra (GGSY) initiated by Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki from IIT Bombay. The course is designed to equip Master Trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct the Students Solar Ambassador Workshop, a global event aimed at promoting renewable energy and environmental consciousness.

This intermediate-level course, offered by IITBombayX, provides an in-depth understanding of solar technology, energy sustainability, and climate change. Participants will learn to assemble a solar study lamp, gaining practical experience in working with solar PV modules, batteries, LEDs, and associated electronics.
